Customer Information

The invoiced amount is due immediately upon binding order placement and payable in full without deduction. The documentation (data sheet) will only be handed over after full payment has been received.

If you wish to accept our offer, we kindly ask you to send us a written order by e‑mail. The contract is concluded only upon receipt of your order and is binding at that point.

All offers are subject to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded and are always non‑binding.
Verbal agreements, arrangements or similar have no legal validity.

Due to the individualized nature of the data sheets and documents produced (clearly tailored to the customer’s personal requirements), a statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code (BGB) is excluded.

In the event that the customer nevertheless wishes to withdraw from the contract after binding order placement with DEKRA, the customer shall bear the costs incurred up to that point plus a flat‑rate compensation for expenses amounting to EUR 100 net.

I expressly consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of fulfilling my contract.

I have taken note of the privacy policy and agree to the processing of my data as described therein (in particular e‑mail address, name, vehicle identification number) for the purpose of processing my inquiry and fulfilling the contract. This consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
